Baked in our Brick Oven
Our Pizza Oven operates anywhere from 650 - 800 degrees and bakes the pizzas in less than 5 minutes.
Baking at this high of heat cooks the bottom and crust of the pizza very quickly. We look for consistent “leoparding” across the bottom of the pizza to determine the correct doneness. Baking a pizza using this technique requires more effort and training, but we believe it leads to some of the most delicious pizza around. The oven’s high heat give the pizza a delicious char and crisp.

Certified Great Dough.
We drive quality by making all of our doughs in house. Slice only has two certified dough makers. Meaning, no matter where or when you eat our pizza, the dough was made by one of those two people.
Slice owner, Matthew Gillett, went through an intensive 5 day course to become certified in Scuola Italiana Pizzailoli. He understands the science, ingredients, and techniques necessary to make the best pizza in the world.
